Strategic Measure_Median House Value
Description
This dataset tracks the median taxable house value of homesteads (SD23 measure EOA.D.3). The underlying data comes from the Travis County Appraisal District (TCAD). The general homestead homestead exemption is applied, and homesteads receiving senior or disabled property tax exemption are excluded.
This data can be used to gain understanding about affordability trends in the City of Austin over time.
