Calculation: The data is exported from CoStar taking into account what is affordable at or below 80% median family income (MFI) for the Austin-Round Rock Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) in that year. Housing units are evaluated by unit size (studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom...) in relation to household size.
