The training programme at the Administrative Academy systematically encourages and motivates the development, competence and satisfaction of employees in the administration. The organisation of training of civil servants is focused on strategic goals and concepts of development in time and space, starting from the objectives of the development of the state and public administration and the tendency for more efficient and less costly administration. The aim of the training at the Administrative Academy is for civil servants to act legally, independently, politically neutral, impartial, accountable, open and ethical.
