Description
This Statute regulates in more detail the self-governing scope of the Municipality of Ljubešćica, its
official characteristics, public acknowledgments, organization, powers and manner of work of the Municipality's bodies, manner of performing activities,
forms of direct citizen participation in decision-making, forms of citizen consultation, implementation
referenda on issues within the scope of self-government, local self-government, organisation and operation of public services,
forms of cooperation with other units of local and regional self-government and other issues of
importance for the exercise of the rights and obligations of the Municipality of Ljubešćica.
