This data set contains issuance data for State of Texas Issuers, including State agencies, Institutions of Higher Education and Conduit Borrowers. Excludes commercial paper and short-term variable rate notes. Data includes par (new money and refunding), purpose and sale type by the fiscal year of issuance.
