State of the art in the Austrian textile industry
Description
The report describes the state of the art of installations in the textile industry in Austria. The description includes the presentation of emissions and emission reduction measures as well as a presentation of the consumption levels used by Austrian installations. The focus is on those processes that have the greatest environmental impact. In the textile industry, this is waste water emissions and air emissions when solvents are used. In a description of the associated production technologies and the emission control technology used, the relevant emission values (waste water and air) are derived according to the state of the art for the processes.
