Description
The list of permanent court experts is a single electronic list of permanent court experts for the performance of judicial expertise by individual areas of expertise for the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia.
Legal basis for the management of the dataset: Courts Act (NN Nos 28/13, 33/15, 82/15 and 67/18).
Subordinate legislation: Rules on permanent court experts (NN Nos 38/14, 123/15, 29/16 and 61/19).
