Step 94 — Density 2, settlement axes and settlement centres Vienna
Description
According to STEP94, these eleven development axes aim to increase the diversity of urban use as well as moderately dense development (NGFZ averages 1.0 to 2.0). They follow the densely built urban area along high-ranking public transport lines.
