Area dedicating and development plan Vienna
Description
The city of Vienna’s land and development plan is adopted by decrees of the Municipal Council in the form of “plan documents”. These planning documents, which consist of a plan and a part of the text, make binding all future uses and the way in which an area is built.
The WMTS “Area Dedication and Development Plan” is a combination of the graphic contents of the planning documents adopted by the municipal council. It includes the area assignments and building regulations (incl. protection zone, residential zone) in accordance with the building regulations for Vienna.
Due to its information density, this map content is shown only up to the scale of 1:3000 (and larger). In smaller scales, only a generalised representation of the area assignments is possible.
In addition, the WMTS also identifies those areas of the urban area for which a building block is valid in accordance with Sections 8 (1) and (2) of the Vienna Building Code.
