Area Deployment Plan 2022 (Linz)

Surface Deployment Plan Number 4 Vector

In accordance with the objectives and definitions of the Local Development Concept, the land use plan for the entire urban area of Linz shall indicate which areas are dedicated as building land, as traffic area or as grassland.

In addition, over-local planning — defined land uses (e.g. federal roads, railways, airfields) and restrictions of use (e.g. supply lines, water protection and sanitation areas, protected areas for roads) are to be shown in the plan.

The building land is divided into different categories of dedication (residential area, core area, industrial development area, etc.), as well as grassland (agriculture and forestry, grassland, recreational areas, small gardens, cemetery, etc.) and traffic areas (flowing traffic, dormant traffic).
