Monitoring of SARS-CoV-2 variants in Slovenia
Description
Sequencing of entire genome sequences of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in Slovenia is carried out at the National Laboratory of Health, Environment and Food and at the Institute of Microbiology and Immunology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana. The interactive report Monitoring SARS-CoV-2 variants in Slovenia is being prepared at the National Institute of Public Health (published at https://nijz.si/nalezljiva-bolezi/monitoring-okuzb-s-sars-cov-2-covid-19/). The data collected is updated once a week. The number and proportion of SARS-CoV-2 sequential samples for the last few weeks may vary as samples are still in the works.
