Areas liable to flooding; Preferential flow areas, other studies by the Government of Navarre
Description
Areas delimited as the reference flux area in accordance with Article 9 of Royal Decree 849/1986 of 11 April 2007 approving the Regulation on the Public Hydraulic Domain, corresponding to the area of the Autonomous Community of Navarre, belonging to studies carried out by the Government of Navarre prior to the establishment of the National System of Cartography of Floods Areas (SNCZI) or not currently included in it. This area consists of the union of the area (s) where the flow is preferably concentrated during outflow, or deep drainage, and of the area where, for the 100-year return season, serious damage to people and property can occur, with the outer boundary being circumscribed by the enclosure of both areas.
