Homogeneous fire zones (Pyromas)
Description
Division of Navarra in 20 pyromas, which are landscape units where fires develop under certain weather conditions (winds, humidity conditions, etc.) and have a characteristic behavior in terms of their shape, recurrence, spatial distribution and burned area. Delimited and characterized by Fermín Aldama (Universitat de Lleida) based on geospatial data and fire history. Promoted by the Government of Navarra, this work is part of the actions of the European LIFE-IP NAdapta-CC Project.
