Inventory of permanent crops
Description
The inventory of permanent crops in Navarre comprises the following crops: vineyards, olive trees, almond trees and other fruit trees. Within the class other fruit trees include the following species: apricot, hazelnut, cherry tree, plum, endrino, kiwi, apple tree, peach, membrillero, walnut and pear.
The allocation of permanent crops has been made on the plot basis of Sigpac. It begins with a previous work of photointerpretation and assignment in cabinet and a later field work during which the enclosures assigned in SigPac as fruit classes are reviewed and the species is assigned in the case of bone and nugget fruit trees. The dry/watering attribute is dragged from SigPac which, in turn, takes it from Cadastre.
The work has been done in two years: year 2005 the agricultural regions 3 and 7 and in 2006 the rest of the agricultural regions of Navarre (1, 2, 4, 5 and 6).
