Description
The Judicial Organization incorporates the graphic representation of the organizational structure of the Administration of Justice from a territorial perspective. For judicial purposes, the state is organized into municipalities, parties, provinces and Autonomous Communities. Parties are the territorial unit composed of one or more bordering municipalities belonging to the same province. The modification of parties will be carried out, where appropriate, according to the number of cases, the characteristics of the population, the media and natural regions. The party may coincide with the provincial demarcation. The Supreme Court, the National High Court, the Central Investigative Courts, the Central Criminal Courts, the Central Administrative Courts, the Central Prison Surveillance Courts and the Central Juvenile Court have jurisdiction throughout Spain.
