Mineral domain of hydrocarbons and soundings
Description
This set of data allows the visualization and consultation of the data of existing Hydrocarbon Research Permits, both of state and regional competence, as well as the concessions of exploitation of hydrocarbon deposits or storage for them, all of them of state competence. It also allows the visualization and consultation of the data of hydrocarbon surveys and seismic campaigns carried out in the development of the activity, both state and regional competence. The activities of exploration, research and exploitation of hydrocarbons in Spain are regulated by Law 34/1998, of October 7, on the Hydrocarbons Sector. It is possible to obtain more detailed information, in relation to the mining domain of hydrocarbons and the administrative status of the demanial titles, as well as the works executed and the technical information generated, by accessing the web service of the Technical Archive of Hydrocarbons: https://geoportal.minetur.gob.es/ATHv2/selectAuthentication.do
