Catalog of Areas of Housing Need (ANHA)
Description
The purpose of the information is to locate and characterize the Areas of Housing Need (ANHA) in the Valencian Community, that is, the areas - municipalities and areas of influence - in which access to housing is negatively affected by a social phenomenon, economic, demographic, geographic, climatological or public health. The catalog takes into account the supply and demand of public housing, as well as social factors (sensitive urban spaces and stressed rent indicator) and physical factors (earthquake and flood risks). Updating is contemplated when the parameters of negative impact on access to housing previously considered are reviewed and the new areas of housing need are approved according to the revised parameters, or when the inclusion of a new area of need for housing is approved declared by a municipality
