WMS Specific territorial and landscape criteria to be taken into account for the implementation of photovoltaic power plants in the Valencian Community

Description

Decree-Law 14/2020, of August 7, of the Consell, on measures to accelerate the implementation of facilities for the use of renewable energies due to the climate emergency and the need for urgent economic reactivation, establishes in its article 10 the Specific TERRITORIAL and LANDSCAPE CRITERIA to be taken into account for the implementation of photovoltaic power plants. The WMS service graphically represents part of these criteria and consists of 7 groups of layers: Effect on territorial and landscape corridors; Distance to Landscape Resources; Slopes greater than 25%; Affectation of areas with dangerous flooding; Affectation of soils agrological capacity; Regional River Channels; Soils of interest to recharge aquifers. (All layers are visible for all scales)
