Housing rental price viewer in the Valencian Community: Average of private rental price of housing (2018)
Description
Establishment of private rental price intervals (euro/m2) of homes for each zone of the different defined study areas. The price ranges vary depending on the useful surface area of the home, its construction period, and its location. The price range indicated in each interval reflects other possible variations in the price that are given by the characteristics of the home, such as the state of conservation, the equipment included, the availability of an elevator, services, etc. A median rental price corresponds to a home with the most common characteristics. A rental price above the median implies superior characteristics and a rental price below implies inferior characteristics. The analysis was carried out with prices from 2018 and at least 50 observations were considered for each area.
