Housing rental price viewer in the Valencian Community: Evolution of private housing rental prices (2016-2018)
Description
Study of the evolution of the price of private rental housing in the Valencian Community. The study takes as a reference the average rental price in contracts started in 2016 and compares it with the prices of 2018. Four ranges of evolution are distinguished: less than 10%, between 10 and 15%, between 15 and 20% and higher to 20%. The areas represented with a more intense red, greater than 20%, correspond to the areas that have a tense rental market. The calculation of this variation has been based on at least 50 observations for each spatial enclosure.
