PRRE. Programmed Rehabilitation Residential Environments. Areas of action for the development of the Neighborhood Plan of the Next Generation EU Funds in the Valencian Community

Description

Royal Decree 853/2021, of October 5, which regulates the PRTR 2021-2026 residential rehabilitation and social housing assistance programs, incorporates, among others, the Assistance Program for rehabilitation actions in the field from neighborhood. The Resolution of April 8, 2022, of the Vicepresidencia Segunda y Conselleria de Vivienda y Arquitectura Bioclimática establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of the subsidies included in this Program and opens the corresponding 2022 call. The objective of this Program is to finance the realization joint rehabilitation works in buildings and housings, urbanization or redevelopment of public spaces within areas of action called Programmed Rehabilitation Residential Environments (PRRE)
