Statements os community interest of the Valencian Community

Description

Parcels with authorization for uses and exploitation on undevelopable land, within the limits and under the conditions laid down in Law 5/25 of July 2014, of the Generalitat, on territory, urban planning and landscape of the Comunitat Valenciana, through declaración de interés comunitario (statement of community interest) prior to municipal licence. More information in the aforementioned law, articles 202-205. The layer of plots affected by the declaration of community interest (DIC) comes from the files of the DIC registered in the Ministry of Territorial Policy, Public Works and Mobility. This documentation has a merely informative character.
