Description
Thematic series of land covers of the Valencian Community at a scale of 1:100.000, made from the land cover cartography made within the framework of the CORINE Land Cover project in its update for 2018 (CLC2018).
Cartographic official series CV100 ellaborated by the Institut Cartogràfic Valencià has been used as a reference map base.ETRS89 geodetic reference system. UTM projection zone 30.
CORINE Land Cover is a project promoted with funding by the European Union through the Copernicus program of the European Environment Agency (EEA), in order to provide coherent information on land cover and changes in land cover throughout Europe.It is based on an inventory of land cover that includes 44 different classes.The project CLC2018 uses a minimum representation unit of 25 hectares for surface phenomena and a minimum width of 100 meters for linear phenomena
