WMS Game Registration

Description

This WMS service collects the Game Registry of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands. This is one of the Specific Projects, in continuous updating, of the Vice-Administration of Public Administrations and Transparency within the framework of the implementation of a simplified system of programming and direction by objectives of the Public Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands and, in particular, of the Ministry of Public Administrations, Justice and Security (Order 29 October 2021, BOC num. 229 of 8 November 2021). The information available is represented by the type of gambling establishment: • CASINO: That establishment open to the public which, meeting the requirements and previously authorised, is engaged in the commercial exploitation of the organisation of the games of luck, bidding or chance that are considered “exclusive of gambling casinos” in the Catalogue of Games and Bets of the Canary Islands (Article 12 of the Law 8/2010, of 15 July, of Games — hereinafter LJ). • BINGO ROOM: That establishment specifically authorised for the practice of bingo gaming, using officially approved cards, the sale of which will be made exclusively within the room where the game is developed or through electronic, telematic or distance communication means, under the conditions and with the requirements laid down by regulation (Article 13 of the LJ). • RECREATIONAL AND PLAYROOM: That duly authorised establishment, specifically intended for the operation, jointly or separately of recreational machines type ‘A’ special and ‘B’. They may also jointly exploit any other games and bets under the conditions laid down by law. Under no circumstances shall ‘C’ type ‘C’ recreational machines be operated in such salons (art. 14 LJ). • EXTERNAL BETTING VENUE: Establishment authorised to place bets on sporting events or other events and uncertain outcome, previously determined, outside the venues where such activities are held, in the form and under the conditions laid down by regulation (Article 4, paragraph 1 of the Decree 98/2014, of 16 October, approving the External Betting Regulation of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands).
