WMS Goods of Cultural Interest
Description
Inventory of Assets of Cultural Interest (BIC) of the Canary Islands. Information provided by the Directorate General of Cultural Heritage of the Government of the Canary Islands. The WMS service will allow to visualize most of the BIC of the Canary Islands, since it incorporates different layers, depending on the category of good of cultural interest in question:
- Monument
- Historical garden
- Historical Ensemble
- Historic Site
- Archaeological zone
- Paleontological zone
The service represents not only the delimitation of the good of cultural interest, but also of its protective environment. For reasons of safety of archaeological sites, in the case of archaeological areas the location is approximate.
