Description
Service WMS of the Map of Occupation of the Soil of the Canary Islands, year 1998. The land occupation map of the Canary Islands represents a total and continuous coverage of land uses throughout the archipelago.
Made from photointerpretation of photogrammetric flights at 1:18,000 scale and with a final product at 1:25,000 scale. The information is structured as a geographical information system and is intended to facilitate the rapid interpretation of the density and characteristics of the current occupation of the territory.
The Soil Occupation Map includes an alphanumeric description of the territory, georeferenced and represented by enclosures in which the percentage of the uses that comprise it is included.
