Web service that allows you to view the representation of protected areas belonging to the Regional Network of Protected Natural Areas, Areas Protected by International Instruments in the Principality of Asturias and the Natura 2000 Network. Habitats of Community interest within Natura 2000 sites are also represented. Layers of information available: - Regional Network of Protected Natural Areas • National Park • Natural Parks • Nature Reserves • Natural Monuments • Protected Landscapes - Natura 2000 network • Natura 2000 sites: official boundaries of SACs, SPAs and SCIs, in accordance with Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/233 of 16 February 2022 adopting the fifteenth update of the list of sites of Community importance for the Atlantic biogeographical region • Habitats of Community Interest (HICs) within Natura 2000 sites. This cartography is presented through three independent layers and at different scales depending on the Natura 2000 Network area and corresponding to the latest cartographic works carried out: 1. Habitats of Community Interest – 1:5,000 (Year: 2016-2020): this is a mapping on a larger scale than that published in the decrees approving the management instruments of the RN2000 spaces and, therefore, in the assessment of HIC conditions of the spaces included in the following list, this mapping will be used and not that included in the aforementioned decrees. This cartographic information is completed through a relationship with the data table “Table_Habitats_Community_Interest” through the common field ID (Primary Key). As these limits have not been approved by the Commission and differ from the official limits, some HICs of these SACs appear outside these official limits. It is noted that the habitats of Community interest 1220, 5310 and 6110, although they have been identified in the preparation of this cartography, their presence in Asturias is pending validation in the biogeographic seminars of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge. 2. Habitats of Community Interest – 1:10.000 (Year: 2011): cartography available for the Picos de Europa SAC (Asturias). Prepared by the Picos de Europa National Park Consortium. 3. Habitats of Community Interest – 1:50,000 (Year: 2014). Available for the RN2000 spaces included in the following list. Prepared from the Atlas and Manual of the Habitats of Spain of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environment (2005), adapted to the management instruments of the RN2000 spaces in Asturias by the General Directorate of Natural Resources of the Ministry of Agriculture and Indigenous Resources of the Principality of Asturias.
