Mounts CyL: mountains owned by CA CyL
Description
Cartographic representation of the mountains, both demanial and patrimonial, whose owner is the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León.
Law 43/2003, of 21 November, of Montes, classifies the mountains (Art.12) in mountains public domain or demanial, they integrate the public forest domain, as is the case the mountains included in the Catalogue of Public Utility Mountains (MUP), and in patrimonial mountains to those of public property that are not demanial.
