CyL land use: WMS Service
Description
Web service for the visualization of maps, in accordance with the WMS-OGC standard, which includes the topic of land use (item 4, Annex III of the INSPIRE Directive: LU - Land Use).
According to the INSPIRE Directive, the content of the Land Use theme is a characterisation of the territory according to its functional dimension or socio-economic dedication, both current and future as a result of planning. That is, it is the description of the territory in terms, or according to purposes, socioeconomic and ecological.
Geographical information related to land use has been divided into two broad categories:
1 - Existing land use.
2 - Planned Land Use (PLU), which describes spatial planning defined by the relevant authorities and where possible future land use is established.
