Non-urbanizable land for coastal protection (Litoral 1): are the soils with the highest environmental, territorial, landscape, cultural, educational and risk protection values, located within the scope of this plan and delimited in the management plans, which have not been included in the category of coastal soils for environmental protection.
Non-urbanizable land for coastal reinforcement (Litoral 2): are the soils included in the scope of this plan, which present environmental, territorial, landscape, cultural, educational and risk protection values, whose territorial vocation is to strengthen the protection and cushioning of impacts on non-urbanizable soils of coastal and environmental protection, guaranteeing their ecological, functional and visual continuity.
