PAT de la Huerta - Common rural areas
Description
The common rural areas are those that preserve the classification and zoning established by the structural planning of each municipality and are mapped in the planning plans. Any modification of planning that is made in common rural areas must be subject to the determinations established in current legislation on environmental assessment.
