PAT de la Huerta - Garden recovery sectors
Description
The sectors of recovery of the orchard are large spaces of orchard adjoining the ground in a situation of urbanization, on which there are buildings in a situation of ruin or in poor state of conservation or degraded agricultural land. A maximum of one third of the land area of the sector may be used for urban transformation, the rest of the area of the sector must be maintained under conditions of effective agricultural exploitation.
