PAT de la Huerta - Garden recovery sites
Description
The orchard recovery enclaves are areas of degraded land on which there are buildings in a situation of ruin or in poor state of conservation or are sealed soils without buildings or little presence of them, all of them without significant patrimonial value and on which it would be necessary to carry out actions of regeneration of the orchard to allocate them to effective agricultural exploitation, allowing to rebuild or rehabilitate the built surfaces or to build a minority portion of the land.
