PAT de la Huerta - Protection areas
Description
The following areas of protection are included:
- Grade 1 (H1) Special Protection Orchard, are the Orchard of greater agricultural value and landscape fragility that, due to its parcel structure, its own crops and the millenary irrigation system, requires differentiated treatment and economic support to complement agricultural incomes.
- Grade 2 Special Protection Orchard (H2), are a Orchard similar to the previous one, but that has undergone a greater transformation, both in the irrigation system and in the crops. Requires conservation and recovery actions.
- Grade 3 (H3) Agricultural Protection Orchard, are the most degraded or with greater tree occupation, especially citrus.
- Areas of natural value (EVN), this category includes natural areas of greater ecological value, protected by environmental, territorial or urban legislation.
