Subregions of provenance - Divisive method
Description
The cartography of the identification subregions established by the Generalitat Valenciana is offered. This subdivision of the Valencian territory allows a greater degree of detail regarding the identification of the origin and use of forest reproductive material and its ecological characteristics, compared to the system of regions of provenance by divisive method established at the state level. In this sense, some of these regions of origin are subdivided into smaller units, called "subregions of origin" for the species regulated by RD 289/2003 and "identification subregions" for other species not regulated at the state level. The species for which this system of subregions of origin is applied are indicated in Annex V of Decree 15/2006 of the Consell de la Generalitat.
