Description
The Austrian Food Book (Codex Alimentarius Austriacus) is used to pronounce material names, definitions, methods of analysis and assessment principles as well as guidelines for the placing on the market of goods (§ 76 Food Safety and Consumer Protection Act — LMSVG).
