Description
Since 1993, the City of Rijeka has been with its citizens who are at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion due to long-term illness, disability, unemployment and similar circumstances. The social measures provided to them aim to mitigate the consequences of the difficult circumstances of life, but also to empower them so that they can cope with the challenges of life on their own in the future and contribute to the growth and development of our city.
