This data set includes brightness temperature and soil moisture data acquired with the Polarimetric Scanning Radiometer (PSR) instrument, an airborne microwave imaging radiometer developed and operated by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Environmental Technology Laboratory.
