Guidelines for drawing up minor offence provisions of laws and regulations
Description
Guidelines for the preparation of minor offence provisions are intended to assist the drafters of regulations in the drafting of administrative and supervisory provisions, which otherwise supplement the Nomotechnical guidelines issued by the Government Office for Legislation.
As part of inter-ministerial harmonisation of regulations, the Ministry of Justice also cooperates with regard to the adequacy of the proposed minor offence provisions with the systemic regulation under the Minor Offences Act.
In 2018 and 2019, training was carried out to better prepare misdemeanor provisions for representatives of individual ministries, which we do not plan in 2020 due to the epidemic.
Forward any suggestions for amendments and improvements to the Guidelines for the preparation of misdemeanour provisions to the administrator of the collection.
