Description
It shows the soil that has the category of Agricultural Protection Soil, which is defined as one that has a high agricultural capacity and has secured the water supply by hydrological planning, which gives it a high productive value to protect and enhance. In this case it is the area delimited as Coto Arrocero and registered in the Designation of Origin ‘Arroz de Calasparra’, which must be preserved from the urbanisation process. In this case, in addition, the landscape values of the area concerned strongly support this categorization as protected soil.
