Description

It shows the conceptual scheme of the Territorial Model that is proposed. The proposed territorial model defines the objective to which the structure of the territory should aim, overcoming its weaknesses, mitigating its threats, enhancing its strengths and taking advantage of its opportunities. The Model proposed for the Altiplano Region is defined as a polycentric Model, with a compact and sustainable growth of urban centers that pursues the complementarity of settlements, the functional balance of the territory, the strengthening of identity, cohesion and regional integration, endogenous development, the sustainability of the uses of the territory and the improvement of supra-comarcal relations and with the Mediterranean Arc.
