Description
It shows locations of the strategic actions proposed in the Guidelines and Spatial Planning Plan of the Altiplano Region. Strategic actions are those that, developing in a specific space of the Region, have the ability to trigger a process of territorial improvement that affects
to the whole of it, encouraging and actively promoting territorial development. The Strategic Actions that are reflected are the following:
1. Creation of a Parkway on the N-344: The creation of the park road on the N-344, will mean the conversion of it into a more friendly communication route, which allows to increase relations between the neighboring population favoring sustainable mobility, surrounded by trees, bike path, pedestrian path, platform reserved for public transport, with shaded areas and backwaters in strategic points (views, changing vegetation, equipment ...).
2. Vertebration of the Altiplano Ecosenda Network: Strategic Action is considered to adapt the non-motorized routes of the territory through homogeneous signage, rest areas, visitor information points, all in order to enhance the use of these itineraries, in order to promote access to the heritage and cultural landscapes of the Altiplano to the native population and visitors. This action distinguishes three itineraries:
a) Revitalize and publicize the ecotourism itineraries to promote the non-motorized routes of the territory.
b) Enable the livestock routes that have been disused for other alternative uses, mainly in the strips of greater patrimonial concentration and natural wealth.
c) Adequacy of the paths and paths between vineyards that integrate the wine routes for the approach of the wine landscapes. If they are privately owned, the signing of agreements with the owners will be encouraged to carry out these measures.
