Description
This layer shows the exclusion zones of very vulnerable elements.
1.The following are defined as very vulnerable elements:
a) Dwellings of 3 or more per hectare.
Nurseries, schools and other educational establishments for children under 16 years of age.
Office buildings.
Sports facilities.
e) Shopping malls and the like.
f) Restaurants and entertainment venues.
g) Hotels.
h) Residences for the elderly or other centers of more defenseless groups.
Hospitals.
Prisons.
Facilities of high strategic value.
l) Camping.
m) Other elements with similar characteristics.
NOTE: In cases c, d, e, f, and g, those with a surface area of more than 5,000 m2 or a capacity of more than 500 m2 are included.

3. Motorways and roads with an average circulation of more than 2000 vehicles/day, as well as railways with
transport of passengers, may be subject to individual treatment.
4. Road or rail links from the industrial area are not included in any of the categories
previous, and neither those tertiary and / or endowment elements of restricted use to the users of the own
establishment or area delimited for that purpose for its effective control.
