Description
The databases present contain the reconnaissance of sports facilities owned by the public. The survey was made on the 3 sports levels: complexes, plants and spaces of activity. In this regard, the data of the complexes cannot be added with the plants and spaces as the latter (plants and activity spaces) are a sub-segment of the same complexes. The data are divided into provincial and municipal levels. It is available here the dataset containing the number of complexes, plants and spaces of activity, for Municipality and Province. Available in a separate tab the details on the activity spaces for the Municipality and Province. GLOSSARY:SPACE OF ACTIVITY: Space designed to allow the practice of one or more sports activities. The space of activity constitutes the entity. SPORTS SYSTEM: Set of one or more activity spaces of the same or different type, which have in common the related spaces for statistical studies, therefore not for tax purposes.
