Description
The energy certification certifies the energy performance of a building, i.e. the annual energy requirement necessary to meet the winter and summer air conditioning services, water heating for domestic use, ventilation and lighting according to standard uses, depending on the characteristics of location, location, thermal insulation and plant equipment of the building itself. The energy performance of a building is expressed by an indicator called the annual energy performance index for winter air conditioning (measured in kWh/sqm or in kWh/sqm), which allows a merit classification of buildings. According to the indicator, buildings are classified from class A to class G. Buildings are further subdivided by class of year of construction. The dataset in question shows the number of Energy Certification Certificates (ACE) divided by energy class and year of construction. The date of update is indicated within the data
