The data were first published in 2019 in the National Audit of Dementia Care in General Hospitals 2018-2019: Round Four Audit Report. This is available at www.nationalauditofdementia.org.uk. Data are provided at a hospital level and relate to patients that had a diagnosis of dementia, and were discharged from hospital between 01/04/2018 and 30/06/2018.
