List of persons liable under the Decree on the mandatory organisation of security services at public events
Description
The organiser of the event, who, in accordance with the law governing public gatherings, must ensure the maintenance of order with the security guards in accordance with the regulations governing private security, the Government shall, by decree, determine the manner and scope of the organisation of security, the security measures and the content of the security plan.
The information on the organiser of the event (name of name or name of the natural person) and the address where protection of the public event is carried out in accordance with Article 71 ZZasV-1 are public and published on the website of the competent authority.
