List of entities subject to business restrictions with the Municipality of Kamnik
Description
In accordance with Article 35 of the Integrity and Prevention of Corruption Act (ZIntPK) (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos. 69/11 – official consolidated text and 158/20), there is a restriction on the operations of the Municipality of Kamnik with certain entities in which officers of the Municipality of Kamnik (mayor and members of the municipal council) or their family members participate as managers, members of the management or legal representatives, or participate directly or through other legal entities in more than 5% of the founder's rights, management or capital.
