Description
The list of representative trade unions shall comprise a list of federations and confederations of trade unions which have acquired the status of representativeness for the territory of the country, indicating the activities and professions in which they have acquired the status of representativeness, and a list of trade unions which have acquired the status of representativeness in a given activity or profession.
