The auxiliary book contains data from misdemeanour cases in which the confiscation of objects was carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of the Rules on the form and content of registers and auxiliary books at minor offence bodies (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 33/2011 and subsequent amendments).
